Multi-skilled Tradesperson

Due to further contract wins, they are on the search for a reliable and experienced Finishing Joiner to join their dynamic team based in Bury and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of projects with a company that values high standards and skilled craftsmanship.

Options to be fully employed (£14.50 ph or a sub-contractor £20.50 ph).

Roles & Responsibilities (But not limited to): 

  • Install skirting boards, architraves, door linings, and internal doors
  • Fit ironmongery including handles, hinges, locks, and closers
  • Install kitchens, wardrobes, shelving, and bespoke joinery items
  • Carry out final fix carpentry after plastering and decorating
  • Read and work from technical drawings and plans
  • Ensure all work meets high standards of finish and quality
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work both independently and as part of a site team

Essential Experience / Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Joiner or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of second/final fix joinery techniques
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Valid CSCS card (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence
