Office Administrator - PT

Here at GoFind Recruitment, we are currently working with an established insolvency practice seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support their offices based in Blackpool on a part time basis (20 hrs pw).

Reporting to the senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, assisting with case administration, and providing essential support to Insolvency Practitioners and case handlers.

Roles & Responsibilities (But not limited to): 

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Support the preparation and filing of statutory documents with Companies House and the Insolvency Service.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new cases, including setting up files, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain and update case files and databases with accurate information.
  • Prepare standard letters, reports, and correspondence using templates.
  • Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other third parties to obtain or provide information.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing post and manage confidential documentation securely, whilst protecting the company’s licence to practice.
  • Assist with diary management, meetings, and internal scheduling.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and general housekeeping duties.
  • Support senior stake holders and the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Experience / Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in insolvency, legal, or financial services preferred).
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a professional phone and email manner.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
