GoFind Recruitment is working in partnership with an innovative and fast-growing international FinTech cryptocurrency business to recruit a Compliance Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator to gain exposure to the crypto and digital assets sector while supporting a growing compliance function.

The role will work closely with the Compliance Manager, providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure regulatory, AML, and internal compliance processes are maintained to a high standard.

The Role

As Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the compliance framework of the business. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in compliance, regulation, or financial services.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager across all compliance activities
  • Maintain and update compliance records, registers, and documentation
  • Assist with AML / KYC processes, including customer due diligence and file reviews
  • Support transaction monitoring and escalation of issues where required
  • Assist with internal audits, compliance reviews, and reporting
  • Track regulatory deadlines and assist with regulatory submissions
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Organise compliance training records and internal communications
  • Ensure policies and procedures are accurately documented and kept up to date

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an administrative or compliance support role (financial services, FinTech, or regulated environment desirable)
  • Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing own workload
  • Interest in compliance, regulation, AML, or the crypto / FinTech sector

Qualifications

Desirable

  • Educated to A-level or equivalent 
  • Compliance or AML training / qualifications
