Jamie Sykes

Managing Director

Jamie is the Managing Director and co founder of GoFind.

He brings over 15 years of external and in-house talent acquisition experience leading senior operations in sectors including Utilities, Financial Services, Legal, Construction, Sport, Merchant Services and Advertisement spaces to name a few!

As a big people person, jamie loves working closely with candidates and endeavours to provide the best possible service and opportunities available.

Outside of work, Jamie is a big Bolton Wanderers fan and proud father to his two young children Noah & Olivia.

Sophie Roberts

Recruitment Resourcer

Sophie Roberts is a Recruitment Partner at GoFind.

Sophie is an experienced recruitment professional with over eight years’ experience building teams across the UK, both in-house and agency. Known for her integrity and people-first approach, she partners closely with clients to understand their businesses and deliver meaningful hires.

Sophie specialises in Healthcare, Sales & Commercial, and Executive Search. Having both a strategic and compassionate approach allows her to act as an extension of her clients’ hiring teams, rather than simply an external recruiter.

Sophie is also a trained Mental Health First Aider, with significant experience supporting neurodiversity and wellbeing in the workplace.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys travelling around the country meeting clients and friends. She’s a keen hiker (Snowdon next) and an avid music collector.

Warren Langford

Operations Director

As the Operations Director of GoFind Recruitment, Warren wears many hats, steering the ship with a keen eye on strategic goals. With an unwavering commitment to the company's vision, he ensures continued growth and prosperity. Bringing along his extensive experience from running multiple businesses.

Warren isn't just an Operations Director; he's a serial networker who thrives on creating meaningful connections in the business world. His passion for meeting new people and forging relationships not only contributes to GoFind Recruitment's expansive network but also brings fresh perspectives to the table.

Away from the hustle and bustle of business, Warren is a devoted Manchester United fan, finding joy in the highs and lows of football fandom. A passionate competitive gamer, he embraces the thrill of virtual challenges. Above all, Warren cherishes quality time with his family and friends.

Danielle Hobson is a dynamic recruitment professional with over three years’ experience, renowned for connecting the right talent to the right opportunities. She combines creativity, sharp attention to detail and a genuine people-first approach, ensuring every placement is successful and every candidate feels valued. Danielle’s background as a teacher and her experience across the education sector give her a unique perspective on identifying potential, understanding motivations and supporting individuals to thrive in the right roles.

Hailing from Blackpool, Danielle has been immersed in events and hospitality from a young age, giving her a deep understanding of delivering memorable experiences and working in fast-paced, people-focused environments. Her expertise spans Events, Hospitality and Education recruitment, where she blends organisation, strategic thinking and innovation to match talent with the right culture and opportunity.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys chilling in a TentBox, soaking up the outdoors, and finding inspiration in nature. Outside of work Danielle is passionate about festivals, theatre and all forms of creative expression. She brings the same energy, enthusiasm and creativity to her professional projects as she does to her personal interests, making her a recruiter who truly understands people and the environments they thrive in.

Adam Blakey

Adam Blakey is responsible for the technical side of GoFind Recruitment.

Having founded his first web & marketing company in 2009, Adam has since gone on to develop a number of companies across multiple sectors.
