This is not an entry-level sales role, this is a genuine six-figure earning opportunity for someone commercially sharp, confident in closing, and motivated by performance.

The Opportunity

This is a self-employed position offering:

  • 7–8% of profit on every single unit sold
  • Current Sales Executive earning £80,000 – £100,000+ per year in commission
  • End-of-year performance bonus up to £10,000
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • High-quality stock and strong inbound enquiry levels

The Role

You will take ownership of both the sales pipeline and marketing activity, driving holiday home and lodge sales while elevating the park’s brand presence.

This is a consultative sales environment, lifestyle-focused, relationship-driven, and high value!

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Sales

  • Managing and converting inbound enquiries
  • Conducting professional park tours and sales presentations
  • Building rapport and trust with prospective buyers
  • Closing deals and managing the sale through to completion
  • Maintaining strong follow-up processes
  • Contributing to open weekends and promotional events

Marketing

  • Being the face of the brand on social media (not afraid to be on the marketing videos)
  • Supporting and delivering targeted sales campaigns
  • Managing social media and digital listings
  • Assisting with email marketing and lead generation
  • Working alongside management on advertising strategy
  • Ensuring stock is presented to a premium standard

About You

  • Proven track record in high-ticket sales (property, leisure, automotive, hospitality or similar)
  • Confident closer with strong objection-handling ability
  • Self-motivated and disciplined (comfortable in a self-employed structure)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
  • Commercially aware and target-driven
  • Full UK driving licence
