Roles & Responsibilities (But not limited to):
- 1st and 2nd fix joinery work.
- Fitting doors, skirting boards, architraves, window frames.
- Installing staircases, kitchens, flooring, or timber structures.
- Site preparation and measuring work areas accurately.
- Reading and interpreting drawings or specifications.
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment, respecting tenants, clients, or other site users.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, tenants, and colleagues to update on progress or raise any issues.
- Keep records of work completed and materials used, using job management systems where required.
- Work independently or as part of a team to deliver works to deadlines and quality standards.
Essential Experience / Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Joiner/Carpenter (min 2 years preferred).
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent (preferred).
- CSCS Card (desirable, may be essential depending on site).
- Own tools and PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to liaise professionally with site managers and other trades.
- Full UK driving license.
