GoFind Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established and highly respected Groundworks Contractor based in Blackpool who, due to a significant increase in workload, are looking to recruit experienced Bricklayer Gangs on a temporary basis for ongoing residential and commercial projects across the North West.

We're looking for established gangs who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and can hit the ground running on busy construction sites.

The Role

Working on a range of new build and civil engineering projects, your gang will be responsible for delivering quality brickwork safely, efficiently and to programme.

Duties Include

  • Brick and block laying
  • Foundations and substructure brickwork
  • Retaining walls
  • Manholes and inspection chambers
  • Boundary and retaining walls
  • Working from site drawings and specifications
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Working safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines

Essential Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Cards for all operatives
  • Previous experience working as an established Bricklayer Gang
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Own tools and transport preferred
  • Strong understanding of site health and safety
  • Reliable, professional and committed approach
