Commercial Insurance Account Manager

GoFind Recruitment is working with a well-established and highly respected insurance brokerage in Blackpool, looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join its friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Manage and administer commercial insurance policies.
• Handle policy renewals, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information.
• Process new business, mid-term adjustments and policy amendments.
• Maintain accurate client records using the Acturis system.
• Liaise with insurers regarding quotations, renewals and policy documentation.
• Respond to client enquiries, providing a professional and efficient service.
• Support the wider team with day-to-day insurance administration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

What We're Looking For

• Ideally 3–5 years' experience within commercial insurance or a similar insurance account handling role.
• Previous experience using the Acturis system is essential.
• Strong knowledge of insurance renewals, policy administration and documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage workloads independently whilst supporting a small team.
• A positive, professional and team-focused approach.
