Conveyancing Solicitor

GoFind Recruitment is working with a well-established and highly respected law firm based in Blackpool, who are looking to welcome an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to their growing Residential Property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated legal professional who enjoys managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships and delivering an excellent standard of service.

Our client has an established presence across the Fylde Coast and prides itself on providing professional, approachable and high-quality legal advice.

The successful candidate will join an experienced legal team, taking responsibility for a varied residential conveyancing caseload while contributing to the continued success of the department.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Draft and review contracts, title documentation and associated legal paperwork.
• Raise and respond to enquiries, ensuring transactions progress efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties.
• Provide clear, professional advice and regular updates throughout the conveyancing process.
• Ensure all files are managed in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and contribute to repeat business and referrals.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to deliver a high standard of service.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
• Applications from experienced Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives will also be considered.
• Ideally 2+ years' experience managing residential property transactions.
• Confident handling a caseload independently from instruction through to completion.
• Strong understanding of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• A professional, approachable and proactive attitude.
