Energy Sales Representative

Here at GoFind Recruitment, we are working with one of our established UK clients as they continue their exiting expansion within their offices in Rondebosch, Cape Town.

This role is ideal for a driven and customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, managing client accounts, and supporting businesses through energy contract renewals and change of tenancy processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers to ensure smooth transitions, competitive energy solutions, and excellent service throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Managing energy contract renewals for existing customers
  • Handling change of tenancy processes efficiently and accurately
  • Building relationships with commercial and residential clients
  • Identifying opportunities for new client acquisitions
  • Liaising with energy suppliers and service providers
  • Ensuring all customer information and documentation is compliant and up to date
  • Delivering high levels of customer service and account management
  • Working towards monthly targets and commission opportunities
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

  • Previous sales & account management experience within Change of Tenancy or Renewals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate with experience using CRM systems advantageous
  • Motivated by targets and commission incentives

Salary & Benefits

  • R12,000 monthly basic salary
  • R1,200 commission per successful client acquisition
  • 8:00am – 4:00pm working hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Paid time off during the Christmas shutdown period
