Hospitality Staff

  • Bars, restaurants & casinos
  • Corporate events & private functions
  • Large-scale seasonal events

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Set up and clear down event spaces
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
  • Assist guests with queries and ensure a positive experience
  • Work efficiently as part of a team in busy environments
  • Follow all health & safety and licensing regulations

Requirements

  • Have to be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the work
  • Previous experience in hospitality or events is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented with a professional attitude
  • Reliable, punctual and flexible with working hours
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required
