Private Client Paralegal

Compensation: £25k - £30k / year

GoFind Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established and reputable legal firm in the search for a Private Client Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and organised individual looking to develop their career within private client law.

The successful candidate will support solicitors and fee earners on a varied caseload involving wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Assisting with the preparation of Wills, LPAs and Trust documentation
  • Supporting fee earners with Probate and Estate Administration matters
  • Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing client files from opening through to completion
  • Conducting legal research and obtaining relevant documentation
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
  • Assisting with court applications and HMRC forms where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a Private Client department preferred
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Law degree or relevant legal qualification desirable but not essential depending on experience
