GoFind Recruitment is working with a well-established and popular Blackpool promenade hotel and entertainment venue to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager.

Known for its lively atmosphere, entertainment shows and busy hospitality operation, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are quite the same.

You'll take responsibility for a 200-cover restaurant, leading an experienced front-of-house team and ensuring every service runs smoothly while maintaining excellent standards for guests in this adults only hotel.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and motivating a restaurant team
  • Managing busy services of up to 200 covers
  • Delivering consistently high customer service standards
  • Managing rotas and staffing levels
  • Training and developing team members
  • Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team
  • Handling guest queries and resolving issues
  • Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and service standards
  • Supporting stock control and operational requirements
  • Ensuring health, safety and food hygiene standards are maintained

What we're looking for

You'll already have experience within restaurant, hotel or hospitality management and be comfortable taking responsibility for a busy operation.

You could currently be working as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, F&B Supervisor or Hospitality Manager and be ready for your next move.

Most importantly, you'll be a forward-thinking confident people manager who can lead from the front, keep your team motivated and maintain high standards when the restaurant is at its busiest.
