Sales Executive

Due to exciting growth, GoFind Recruitment is looking for 6 ambitious Sales Executives to join a forward thinking and leading energy consultancy based in their newly refurbished offices in Blackpool.

You'll get a strong £28,000 basic salary, an uncapped commission structure, daily incentives, excellent working hours and genuine opportunities to progress quickly.

And when Friday comes? You're finished at 4pm.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and create new business opportunities
  • Build relationships and turn conversations into sales
  • Manage and develop your own sales pipeline
  • Follow up leads and maximise every opportunity
  • Manage your activity through Salesforce
  • Smash individual and team targets
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience

Experience Required

  • Previous sales, telesales or business development experience essential
  • Confident and engaging on the phone
  • Hungry to achieve targets and earn commission
  • Resilient, competitive and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Utilities experience is a bonus – but isn't essential

You'll receive full training, ongoing development and regular 1-to-1 coaching to help you succeed.
