Sales Performance Coach

GoFind Recruitment is working with an established and growing organisation in Blackpool to recruit an experienced Sales Quality Coach to support and develop its telesales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate sales coach who enjoys developing people, improving performance and helping individuals reach their full potential.

You'll work closely with the wider training and management team to improve call quality, sales techniques, confidence and overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Conduct regular call listening and quality assessments.
  • Deliver one-to-one, side-by-side and live coaching sessions.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve sales performance.
  • Coach advisers on objection handling, closing techniques and customer engagement.
  • Support new starters through onboarding and development.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement structured coaching plans.
  • Build confidence, motivation and resilience within the team.
  • Monitor coaching outcomes and maintain accurate development records.
  • Support refresher training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with management to improve overall sales quality and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales coaching, telesales training or quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales environments.
  • Experience conducting call reviews and delivering effective feedback.
  • Ability to motivate, develop and challenge individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supporting underperforming sales advisers.
  • Organised, proactive and passionate about people development.
  • Previous coaching or training qualifications would be advantageous.
