Store Manager
GoFind Recruitment is working with a well-established gentlemen’s suit specialist with multiple locations, seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their Garstang store.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a customer-focused retail environment, ideal for someone with strong sales ability and a passion for men’s fashion. This position is initially offered on a 3-month temporary basis, with a clear pathway to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the retail branch
- Lead, motivate and develop store staff to achieve sales targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised styling advice
- Monitor and drive KPIs including sales performance and conversion rates
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Oversee stock control, deliveries and inventory accuracy
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive in-store experience
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Branch Manager
- Retail background essential (fashion or formalwear desirable)
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and interest in men’s fashion
- Reliable, organised and proactive approach
Salary & Benefits
